How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. If you created an account, you can also login to view your order status at anytime.
How long will my order take to ship?
Please expect 2-3 business days before your order is processed and shipped. Depending on the method of shipping, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your order to arrive from the date of receiving a tracking number.
Where are your clothes manufactured?
Our clothing is designed, developed, and manufactured in the USA. We pride ourselves on our ability to produce domestically with majority of our products cut and sewn in Los Angeles, CA.
What size is best for me?
You view the size chart directly in each product page above the above the Add to Cart button.
Can I send an item as a gift?
Yes! When sending as a gift, please make sure the shipping address is accurate and place a note in the Special Instructions on checkout. When noted, our warehouse will include a Gift Receipt in the package.

Are PAINKLLR and KNOW ZERO the same brand?
KNOW ZERO is a PAINKLLR brand. We created KNOW ZERO to reflect the evolution of what the apparel represents. To read more about the PAINKLLR brand, click here.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED?
Please make sure to email us immediately at email@example.com if you would like to adjust an order. If the order has not been shipped then we are able to make changes.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. To ensure there aren’t any surprise charges upon arrival to your country, you can contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
All items may be returned for store credit within 15 days of the purchase delivery date. Please ensure that all items are unworn, unwashed and with hangtag in tact for a full store credit.
Any exchanges must be for products of equal or lesser value. If requested items are of greater value than the original product(s) being exchanged, you will be issued a store credit.

HOW LONG WILL THE RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS TAKE?
Returns take us 2-3 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED PRODUCT
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns unless your order is above $100. If you request an exchange, we will waive the standard shipping fee on your exchanged item.
If you have a defective item or received the wrong product, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label upon approval. We will also waive the standard shipping fee on your replacement item.
