Returns and Exchanges

Note to All Returns & Exchanges

Enter the email used for your order and follow the instructions on the Return Center page to receive your shipping label and tracking number. Returns will be accepted for items within 15 days of delivery confirmation with the exception of final sale items. All tags must be attached; the packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused.

Domestic Returns

Please click the link to the KNOW ZERO Return Page to select your item for return and instantly generate your return shipping label. For all returns, refunds will be to the original payment method with no exceptions, minus an $5 restocking fee. A shipping label will be generated upon request of a return or exchange.

International Returns

For international returns, customers will be refunded to the amount of item(s) returned, minus the value of the return label. This fee will be calculated and removed from your refund at when the return is processed.

• Important: Duties and/or customs paid upfront at checkout are considered non-refundable by PAINKLLR dba KNOW ZERO. You will need to reach out to your local customs agency to further process a customs/duties refund. Please feel free to contact our support team with any questions or concerns on this process.
